Dear Petra,
Yes, we do hand rejuvenations. Generally the method most often used is mesotherapy which uses hyaluronic acid to help with dehydration and fine to moderate wrinkles. Other thing that needs to be taken into account is that is it often uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentations that create an older appearance of the hands. We use differnt types of lasers or the Lumecca IPL device to correct the skin tone.
