HOW DOES IT WORK?

This method utilizes the potential of our blood platelets to release growth factors. They have the ability to initiate cell regeneration  and stimulate collagen production. As a result, the skin is better supplied with blood and has  improved elasticity.

WHAT IS THE COURSE OF THE PROCEDURE?

First, a small amount of blood of collected which is subsequently processed in a centrifuge where the platelet-rich plasma is separated from the rest of the components. The resulting product is immediately injected into the skin using a thin needle. Since everything comes from our own blood,  the risk of allergic reactions is absolutely minimal.

For greater comfort, it is possible to  apply anaesthetic cream on the skin. Depending on the size of the treated area, the actual procedure lasts between 20-40 minutes. Recovery after the procedure is minimal, despite the fact that redness or bruising may appear. Nonetheless, make-up can be applied already on the second day after the procedure. The procedure can be performed at any time during the year.

 

 

To achieve a long-lasting effect, it is advisable to repeat the treatment once or twice in the range of three to four weeks.

WHAT BODY PARTS CAN BE TREATED BY PLASMA THERAPY?

A-PRP therapy is suitable for skin rejuvenation of the face, neck and backs of hands. It is also used for the treatment of scars and stretch marks or can be applied to the scalp to target hair loss. The advantage of this method is that it can also be applied to very sensitive areas, such as around the eyes. A-PRP can be combined with other methods of rejuvenation, the combinations with the hyaluronic acid or some laser method are particularly recommended.
